I have paid the registration amount. When do I get LMS access?▸
You will receive your LMS login credentials on your registered email and WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive it, please raise a support request from the contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot.
What happens if I miss a live class?▸
All live sessions are recorded and added to your LMS within 24 hours. You can watch the recording, complete any tasks given in class, and ask your doubts in the next live session or via the doubt-support channel.
Can I change my batch timing after joining?▸
Batch change is possible in genuine cases, subject to availability of seats in the requested batch and academic progress. Please contact support with your registered email, phone number and preferred new timing.
When will I receive my course certificate?▸
Certificates are typically issued within 7–10 working days after successfully completing all mandatory projects / assessments and clearing fee dues. You will receive it on your email and it will also be visible inside the LMS.
Do you provide placement assistance?▸
Yes. For eligible programs we provide resume building, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interviews and interview referrals through our network. Placement support is not a job guarantee, but we actively work with you to improve your interview readiness.
I am not able to login to LMS / page shows error. What should I do?▸
First, try logging in from a different browser or clearing cache / cookies. If the issue continues, share a screenshot or screen recording with our technical support team via WhatsApp or the contact form. Our team will check and respond as soon as possible.
